Sinopsis Isuca

Anime ini bercerita tentang seorang lelaki bernama Asano Shinichirou yang mencari pekerjaan untuk membiayai kehidupannya karena orang tuanya pergi jauh, dan uang kirimannya tidak cukup.

Shinichirou pun bertemu dengan seorang guru yang menyarankannya untuk bekerja sebagai pembantu di keluarga Shimazu Sakuya.

Tanpa ia ketahui, ternyata Sakuya memiliki kekuatan untuk mengusir roh jahat yang datang ke dunia.

Walhasil, ia pun jadi ikut terlibat dalam setiap proses pengusiran roh jahat tersebut.
