Sinopsis Musaigen no Phantom World

Anime ini berlatar di sebuah dunia fiksi dimana suatu kecelakaan biologis telah membuat semua orang mampu melihat makhluk halus yang disebut ‘Phantom’

… dan anak-anak yang lahir sesudah kecelakaan tersebut memiliki kekuatan ajaib.

Ceritanya berkisar tentang lima anak sekolah yang mempunyai kekuatan untuk menyegel atau memusnahkan para phantom :

Ada si kutu buku yang lemah dalam praktek bernama Haruhiko; Mai yang jago bela diri; Koito yang tsundere; Kurumi yang loli dan Reina yang pemalu.

Kelima orang ini tergabung dalam sebuah klub yang bertugas untuk menyegel atau memusnahkan phantom yang menganggu aktivitas manusia.
